authorisation problem

i think this has been posted but can someone just please post a solution to the authorisation problem?

if you mean the box version

change the _ for a - (or visa versa) in the username

i mean when you fly for 5-10 minutes and it says bad authorisation-please buy fspassengers. i have the latest version, the correct login name and key
(which i purchased) and ive read all the FAQs. yet something still goes wrong

if you read the FAQ on the problem, and still did not fix it, have not moved any of the fsp folders etc....... click the contact button at the
bottom of the screen, and email Dan with your username and password, and he will sort it for you
