I was wondering if in fspassenges let's suppose you run out of fuel can you declare an emergency and not be penalized.I'm new to the
forums and how to you move up rank in the forums tx

It depends on why you ran out of gas. If it is your fault for not packing enough fuel then you will pay the penalty. If on the other hand you
experience some mechanical problem and declare an emergency and live to tell about it then you will reap the benifits. Real world flying
tip, remember to occasionaly look at your fuel quantity. If you catch a problem before it bites you in the butt, you'll walk away from your
uneventful landing a happy camper
