Finally figured the problem out

Haha, I did it! I don't have to be angry whenever the next update comes out because I finally found out what I had to do, and here's what I did.
First off, you all probly know that well, I've just been bugging you guys about why my FsP wouldn't update, but about a few times after I "tried" to
update FsP, it just gave up, like it didn't work anymore, so I just got tired of this and finally un-installed FsP, then downloaded FsP from here, and
played it, and it was updated, I knew that FsP had updated because I don't remember ever having Advanced Fuel options. Though I do have one more
question...why didn't I just think of un-installing FsP in the first place?

mhhhh uninstalling does nothing more (appart that you loose your database)

ANYWAY (gentlemen) be aware that XP LOVE to hold files when it had
even one access to files.... this can prevent other applications
to write and replace file...

The lesson here is : if you have flown even one time with Fs2004 be sure
to reboot before updating so you are sure the explorer.exe of XP
release the files....

(I don't know why , it seem to me this appear since SP2 of XP ?)

lol Im gona stick with my way of updating, just uninstall it, if the files don't save, then who cares? I sure don't, its not like my flights are
extremly important to the world, but thats just my way of thinking. Thx for all your help Dan, and anyone else who helped along the way
