Digital Aviation Fokker 70/100 and FsPX

I am experiencing problem with Fokker 70/100. After completion of the flight and received the FsP report. There is always penalty notice
over 300 point, "Pilot forgot to lower the flaps during the take-off" , even flaps was always lowered based on take-off configuration, but
FsPX is not recognizing the flaps condition. Is there any solution besides disable the "Flaps Penalties"?

I recall there being a similar thread on here but to do with one of the default Cessnas; am trying to find it to see if that can shed any light on the
problem, but with the large number of threads, don't hold your breath ;)
