Your screen may be huge but you can reduce the screenshot. Since you know how to render such nice videos, I'm sure you know how to reduce a screenshot ;)

Same with me, not been on FS for awhile too. Tim, just curious how far out can you go from planet earth? Ive never actually been in space (FS
ofcourse:badsmile: ) before, but might give it shot as it looks too funny. :)

well in star trek online (the game thats picture in my post)

you can go as far out as the B'Moth Sector, Eridan belt, and Kalestra System. wich is a good portion of the beta quadrent, and a small part of the
Alpha Quadrent. you can also go into part of the Delta Quadrent and see some spots the the USS Voyager went past on its 75 year jorney home.

:)

heres the ingame galatic map 9i did not take this photo

Here goes: :)
In one of the outside views you can see your aircraft vertically, and if you zoom out as far as you can you can see planet earth. Thats the 1st
reason. The 2nd reason was, Im pretty sure I have seen that star ship on the simviation website and on youtube somewhere.
And lastly Im sure you can go into space in FSX with another program (Not 100% sure if its possible tho). :drunk:

So getting back into FSP, starting a new career (As for why FSPX keeps it interesting: recently upgraded to a brand new Mooney Bravo, first two flights, my gear fail and the electrical system shorts -- It has since been sold, lol. I'll try to buy another new one!)

But here are some pics of my first few flights with my new career, and the larger scaled ones show my view with the new 3 screen setup :D

Nice pics there Crowe

and 969. i know the altitude limit in FSX is High. but its not farenough to get as far out as i was.

The Ship is what i like to call a Goddess class heavy Cruiser. (in game its actualy a hybrid between the Dakoda and Stargazer classes)

this design was not seen in any startrek and the startrek ships ive seen for FSX have been both the Enterprise (TOS, Motion Picture, and TNG) as
well as voyager and a klingon Bird of prey, i may have seen a Romulan War Bird somewhere. so this ship would not be there. its not cannon (a
product of my own imagination). you may have seen it on you tube. me and a freind have videos of it in action.

i dont think you can go very far into Space on FSX. the altitude limit is high enough to get into low earth orbit. but FSX wont let you beyond that. if
there is anything past that at all. there is a space simulator thoue

Yerr I just tryed to see how far out you can go in FSX using a space shuttle. The shuttle just started to float and go all funny. The earth didnt even
bring it back down. Good job this wasnt an FSP flight, as the passengers would be all over the cabin. They might of got a glimps of the curvature of
the earth if they were lucky

Great shots there Crowe. Good to see you back using FSP again :)
