| Alphabetical tour |
Author: Daza XIII 182 Posts Status: Exceptional Pilot | Date 10-20-09 09:58 | Don’t know if this is even possible but was thinking I might do a small tour with one leg for each letter of the alphabet. That would be a
landing in a country starting with that letter Austria – Belgium – Croatia etc with each leg flown in an aircraft built by a manufacturer
starting with that letter too.
As far as I know there isn’t a country beginning with X so it might have to be a 25 stop tour but I don’t mind that.
So below is the list of the things I already fly quite regularly so was wondering if anyone had any good suggestions for me to download
the rest of the alphabet.
Aero Design Aero Commander 500
BAC 1-11
Cessna Caravan
De Havilland Comet
E
F
G
Hawker Siddley Trident
I
J
K
Lockheed Constellation
Mooney Bravo
NAMC YS11
O
Piper Cub
Q
Rockwell Turbo Commander
Socata Trinidad
T
U
V
W
X
Yak 52

Only one that I can think that has any relation to 'X' is Philippines as it used to be called Xanadu

I think there actually is one for FS2004 or FSX, for what its worth.
I think G should be for Grumman (i.e. Grumman Goose).
Others:
E = Embraer
R = Robin?
S = Saab in case no-one else has.
T = Tecnam or Taylorcraft
U = Utva
W = Waco (as in Waco biplane)
Z = Zlin

300,000 km/sec. Its not just a good idea, its the law.
