Crew Announcements

I recently tried to download a crew announcement for fs 2004......fsdx or something like that. I got everything copied and pasted to where it
needs to be, but then it won't let me save.....it says i need administrator permission....any suggestions or other ideas on how to get crew
annoucements for fs 2004?
