[CLOSED] reposition menu screens

gday there
we are running flight sim over a couple of monitors (top and bottom) and I am finding that all the menu windows are
appearing over the
split between screens. I know the little menu during flight can be resized and moved but I dont seem to be able to
move any of the setup
or loading screens etc. Is there a way to move these windows
