Technically, yeah. Even (technically) it is illegal to 'share' music electronicly or otherwise. If you give a
friend a copy of an album, it's illegal. It's sad that the record companies sink this low.

People seem to think that unless they get caught they didn't do anything wrong. Totally false. Even if you live the rest of your life without
getting caught fruit from the gocery store, paper from your local Staples, a hammer from your hardware store, OR stealing games online
or otherwise, it's not worth it to live with a conscience that will not let you rest. Crackers-PLEASE reconsider your decision!

My parents think that it's a waste of $ to buy all those different payware planes. They think that 2 is enough. I have around 5-6 planes
thought. I just have to get the timing right, especially when they're happy.

There are people here with addon costs ranging the the thousands; mine are roughly a quarter to a third at best of that.

dan was pretty liberal with just the demo, an entire program for free (with the exception of departure airport limitation) i think fsp was
worth the $40 or what ever dollars. I don't care if "too" (synonym for also) is spelled "to" in the game its a very excellent program. $40 was
worth it. think about this way, $40 will give you updates to keep the add-on current.
Dan should get a patent on this game and sell to microsoft for use in fsX.

I agree, FSP is great as it is, if MS implement it in FSX then there's really nothing we can do, but I'd rather they follow tradition and get the
important stuff right, then leave the enhancing to people like Dan.

perhaps the only pirated software i have is like $500 worth of microsoft office and like 200 songs, BUT I am not afraid of putting Microsoft
Out of buisness or making Led Zeppelin work in McDonalds.

Just my 2 cent's worth...
As a VA founder and manager, I decided a while back that my members would have to use some sort of PIREP software which checks to
see that the pilot actually made the flight (alot of false pireps at the time). Then came FSPassengers which not only did that but also 1000
other things that all of us virtual pilots were dreaming about. Not our VA uses FSPassengers as a payware solution and FSAcars as a
freeware program). Needless to say most pilots prefer FSPax!
Although I can't be sure if my members all have original software, I always try to give them incentives for purchasing FSPax by telling
them about the support, and how all this is done by a remarkable individual (and beta testers too!) and it's would be a f***ing shame if
that person was to stop updating this wonderful software because of piracy.
Also a quick suggestion to Dan... instead of having the demo work only for a specific airport, it would probably help if there was either a
time limit (or use limit) or if the demo could accept (and lock-up) a specific airport. That would give the users a chance to try it in areas
where they usually fly in.

You obviously have a point there, but the way things are today, it almost just as easy to find pirated software (saying the above, there
should be some sort of way to check and see if FSPax was installed before).

a lot of companies nowadays write to the registry when a demo has expired, uninstalling and reinstalling has no effect as usually the
registry key is well hidden !
