| How long will I wait?! |

Yet I still have not received my unlock code, I have tried contacting Dan with no response. I have read on the forums here that It can take up to an
age to receive them. Any Ideas?

Dan, you really need to stop accepting money for this program if this is the type of service you're providing to paying customers. It's been since 2009
that I've been using this product and there are no updates in sight, and constant angry posts in the forum of this type. Great job with the initial
program, but perhaps you need some help from someone to run this business.

Yes, he's a one-man show when it comes to FsP, and
he will address a situation when the urge develops within him
to do so. It's not my opinion but the sheer reality of it. Any
amount of disgust, negative opining, etc, won't
thrust Dan into the customer service arena until he's
ready to do so. Until then, any and all who peruse the
the forum and contribute regularly will try to help those
who are experiencing issues.
The particular case Chris is having may be solved in one
click or one adjustment on his pc or it may take several
steps to do so. I'm not certain at all.

Dan and say that getting an illegal code is stealing. But isn't what Dan is doing stealing also? I feel like he has stole my money. I want what I paid
for or I want my money back.
