Turbulent Gasp sound missing
Author: AKA      17 Posts  Status: Young recruit Date    05-12-12 08:51

You guys know that gasp and nervous laughter sound passengers make when your plane hits turbulence (usually due to horrible default FSX
weather updates)? They don't seem to be working for me. I can still hear the passengers when they are loading, I can still hear screams of terror
and the co-pilot when I stall and then nose dive (tested on purpose lol). I can still hear them unloading, I can still hear the "destination set" lady. The
gasp from turbulence just seems to be missing. It was there when I first installed FSpassengers, I heard it all the time. So I figure that one of two
things have happened.

1. The passengers have gotten over it and toughened up.

-or-

2. I did something along the way that inadvertantly disabled this sound.

The only thing I did recently was to disable the overspeed penalty.

Anyone know what's up? Or how I can test this?

Thanks

Oh just for further info, I am running FSX on Vista, and I still get the "passengers are scared by turbulence" notice in my blue box, but no sounds ;-( .

They don't always scream. I think it's because they are so busy vomiting that they don't have the breath to holler. :)

If it's stupid, but it works, it isn't stupid.

the sound has been made but I'm sure that DAN made a code to trigger it in case of a real bad Turbulence or something else...
