How long of a wait is normal?

Hi guys,

I decided to get back into using FSP after a few years of not using but came across a problem... I can't find my key anywhere. I filled out the
lost key form a few days back and still have not received an email. How long do we usually have to wait to get our key again? I was really
hoping to have it by now to start using FSP again.

Honestly, it varies as only Dan can send out the new keys. If you haven't heard by later today, I would contact him using the "contact" option at the
bottom of the page.

Thanks for your suggestion, I went ahead and emailed him at the end of the 6th and still no word from him. I would like to get the lost key
soon-ish and with a lack of response from him, I am worried he has left us out to dry.

You could try to chase him down on the Orbiter web site. I know several people who have gotten a response that way.
