Fs passenger doesn't work with my pmdg 737
I have spent considerably time and performed all of the "fixes" to no avail
To prove I am genuine, I would rather install fsp then ask for a refund however support has not addressed my concerns hence a refund is my
only option

FSP was designed to work with the default Flight Simulator aircraft; it is stated a number of times that FSP must be the last installed add-on for it
to work properly, and that it may not work with all other add-on aircraft.
I would suggest that you contact Dan directly about any refund using the contact option at the bottom of the page.

I fly the PMDG 737 all the time with FSP.I have hundreds of hours with the 737 and 747 and FSP works prefectly

Rob its hit and miss you only need to google pmdg and fsp to see that.
Im in no way suggesting fsp is in the wrong or an inferior product, Im just sayin I cant use it. I had Bryan from fs2crew trying to work around it
for me to no avail
The sim Community is still very small with buyers and programmers on first name basis so genuine concerns should be addressed unlike giants like Microsoft who just brush you aside.
I have sent Dan an email 4 days ago asking for support but no response

As I said in my previous post to you, you need to contact Dan if you want a refund.
I also stated in my post that PMDG + FSP is not a recommended setup; they work for some, but not for others. Those who have had issues and got both
add-ons to work together have posted their solutions on the forums, beyond that, we can only speculate at what is wrong with your system especially as
PMDG uses a completely different set of programming to MSFS and FSP.

5 days and Dan or who ever runs this place wont respond either

1. Whiskey is trying to explain something to you and for sure with any trouble you encounter we'll try to help you the best way we can.
2. We are moderaters and are here for support, I can understand that for your feeling 5 days is a long time.
But as you stated earlier in your post this is not a super big concern so Dan is very busy and he'll respond as soon as possible.
Any other problems,...please post them on the forum and everybody will try to help you the best way they can.

1. There is no support other than this, the small tight community of users
2.. Dan is the company.
3. Problems with PMDG and FSP are well documented

mmmprod, thanks for making an effort to try and help.
I have tried your method but didn't work, I tried Bryans method and he was terrific in his support and I even emailed him the panel.config file
and stil it doesn't work
I have a high end system 1 month old and works like a dream but not with fsp
Requesting a refund was done in good faith because I cannot use it
nothing from DAN ,7 days now.

The Panel.CFG change is only necessary if you are using FS2CREW NGX.
You need to use the first method I have written, not the second one. Did you try to modify FMC FUEL AND PAYLOAD before loading
FSPassenger ? IF not working ....
Have you tried to remove and desactivate the WEIGHT AND FUEL during PAYLOAD Screen ?
This is strange because you seem to be the only one still having this problem.
Did you install the last PMDG version ?
Have you try using PMDG Aircraft Livery Only (no third party) ?
Can you go in FSPX Folder, Bin Directory and click Aircraft Browser and see if PMDG aircraft is in the list ? Re-Start FSP again and see if it is
working now, do not use WEIGHT AND FUEL during PAYLOAD (desactivate it)
Have you try using VC only ? 2D only ?

. As I said Bryan was very helpful , the out come was a frozen Instrument pane that I couldn't zoom into
I have the latest Pmdg and I tried different livery last night followed your instruction already as mentioned in my previous post and I have fs2
installed as well.
Just to be clear I do not have a problem with fsp . I have a problem with the support team who still have not offered any of their time in helping
me, instead I get in depth support with people like Bryan who dont even work here! and nothing from the owner, you just dont do that to paying
customers!

Just to give you a hint ... FSPassengers is a one person team. I'm quite sad to say that he does not seem to follow FsPX anymore. This is why you don't have any support from any developpers ... he is the only one...

I'm quite happy for you. But I just want to point out something just for our fans.
There is still workaround in order to get FSpX work with PMDG NGX. Your problem is extremely hard to explain...
99 % of people got NGX working with FSpX including me. There is a page on the forum and I invite all the people who experiencing problems reading my post

problem with that is there is still no support If they get it wrong.
Im far from being the exception I can assure you that is very wrong. I worked closely with Bryan trying to fix it and in the PDF I received the instructions "DO NOT
buy FSP for PMDG unless you mus must must have it and better to wait for a fix
The current fix involves a penalty being the zoom function is disabled in the FMC, no way am going mutilate PMGD perfection. Whats the point of having passengers If you cant see the
instruments lol

Yes I must admit that we need a fix from Dan. But I'm not sure he will resume his FsP developement. But anyway I'm glad that he refunded you.

I only really wanted the sounds of passengers , Im not interested in running an airline I prefer flying VA and let some one else worry about the
pennies. I bought XPAX for a fill in until fsp has a fix, well that was the plan anyway BUT I love it! $15 and has all the whistles n bells
