Payload editor FSPassengersX

I am having a problem with the payload editor. I am running FSX and FS PassengersX on windows7 64 bit.

When I go to the payload editor and try to move the CG arrow, the total weight, and total passengers and cargo weights to the appropriate
area with my mouse, they snap back to the original area where I tried to move them from, thus leaving me unable to put them in there
appropriate boxes.

Have you made sure that you've checked the check-box underneath all the zone options saying something along the lines of 'move area tag'?

I am running the same system and I don't seem to have any problems with it, nothing snaps back when I move it.
