Hi,
I really LOVE all the FSpassengers features except for the co-pilot talking to you. Can I turn that off?

That is a really bad idea. Unless you are glued to your cockpit gauges for every secound of the flight your co-pilot can alert you to disaster
while you look away to pick up your cats hairball. If anything, put a muzzle to that flight attendant.
If it's stupid, but it works, it isn't stupid.

Well, I like my coffee served by a smart attendant. Keeps me awake too.

You can create a sound pack with silent sounds. Not sure why you would want to do that, though.
