Dreamwings Q400 problem.

I have a problem with the payload for the Dreamwings Dash-8-Q400. Fspassengers thinks it's way too light! I was shocked when I saw that a brand new
Q400 only cost 22,000 dollars hahaha. When I started loading, immediately fspassengers told me the plane was 43,000% overweight. I thought maybe the
aircraft.cfg file had the wrong weights in the weight and balance section, but I checked and the correct weights were in there. What could be the
problem? I'm not complaining about the cost lol, but I don't wanna get penalized for flying overweight everytime I make a Q400 flight. Could it be a
problem with the payload model?

Hmm well for some reason the Q400 only hit 90 knots after using up all of a 10,000 ft runway. That can't be normal lol.

Ditch the Dreamwings Dash-8, a far superior one can be found at http://www.premaircraft.com/

The exterior model isn't as pretty, but it has a great panel and a virtual cockpit.

I can confirm Russ' post: I just successfully completed the FSPWT WIOO-WIII leg using a Dash-8 Q400 using exactly that aircraft.cfg.

I didnīt read more after i saw "Dash Q-400". Of course you have problem with that aircraft, the whole type is bullshit. Scandinavian Airlines had
stoped to fly with them after the incidents. SAS had several incidents with that type.

Their have been a few incidents with the Dash Q - 400, but that does not mean the "whole type is BS" as you so politely put it.
3 of the incidents have been with Scandinavian Airlines...Guess their pilots landing abilities are "BS" with that aircraft.. :drink:

I flew on the Dash Q - 400 in real life, and I am still alive :)

Here's a link to an accident report; the accident, a landing gear failure, led to the grounding of the SAS Q-400 fleet. This of course has nothing to
do with the Dreamwings addon.
