Payload set by the pilot - Geryson - 21-11-2005

Hi all!

I'm flying for a virtual Airline online and would like to use FsP now. The only one problem is, that the number of passengers and the
quantity of cargo are set by the VA in the briefing. How can I use this amount? This is very important for me to use this payload instead of
the random payload of FsP, then my VA is not going to accept changed quanitites.

Could someone help me please?

Thanks a lot!

Gregory

The "random" payload is only the max. number of passengers waiting to embark.

You can still decide how many of them to welcome onboard as well as the quantity of cargo you wish to take along.

Thanks DBE!

Could it happen, that I have more pax and cargo in my official briefing then waiting at the gate? What happens it that case?

Very important question is also, if crew is also calculated in payload or not? E.g. I have 100 pax and 6 crew, do I have to load 106 persons
or not? Smile I'm really sorry, but these are important to me.

may I suggest another airline, say Altair, we really dont care how many passengers you carry, how much cargo, what you carry, where you go, all that
matters is is that you fly. Link is in the siggy, also if you do switch I reccommend KMEM.

Hi,

I also would like to see that passengers and cargo can be set by the VA I'm flying for.

Esp. when a VA is simulating the economic part of an company, it's really nice to have the opportunity to follow the allegation of the VA.

crew is not counted, so yes as you say, you would have to load up 106 people. You can always edit the payload model for crew places, so
you can add 'crew'

cargo is not a problem, as you can put as much cargo in the plane as the plane takes, you dont have a set amount of cargo available to
load

the pax - If you have to take for example 200 passengers, there is a chance that there could be only 150 waiting at the gate, i think it all
depends on the reputation of your aircraft. 100% rep you get full flights, also depends on your ticket prices i belive.
