i have three pilots a c10 a c1 and a c0 all are activate pilots right now
i want to deactivate my c10 and c0 so i can work on my c1 and get him move up the ranks
how can do this?

When you load your plane just choose a different pilot...Its above the fuel load.

but when i do that only one pilot shows up

because you have only one pilot in the active company ?
or you have "rank" career mode for this company and only this pilot is certified ?
See "select active company" in menu...
