Request: for crew voice pack - lightrail - 05-09-2005

Just wondering (hoping) if somebody with the know how and interest could join the French and English wav files and make bilingual announcements (only
for the flight attendants, because it might sound stupid having the co-pilot speaking in French and English to the captain). I don't think the
different voices matter as most airlines insert a tape anyway for the second language.

The French and English would make flying in Canada more real.

Thanks

If you'd like to create this file, you're certainly welcome to. As for development of one, it'd have to be a third party addition. Dan's quite
busy with other various upgrades.

Anyway a complete french pack is available in "more download"...

Yes you can mix whatewer sound you want...look in "sound/crewpack/"
each folder here is a crewpack, now launch the "soundtext.exe" utility
browse to subfolder and open the "soundtext" file, you'll be able to
hear all sounds and see their text. this can help to sort them out.

Usually all copilot sound have a prefix CPL_ and the attendant a CREW_ prefix
so you can sort them out and copy the result in a new directory "canada" for example.
Select this pack in "crew and GPWS" option and you're set

Hope this help ?
