What the station values mean? - alan - 13-07-2005

Hi guys,

Working on a payload model but having trouble on what to enter for the station values. Are they found in the CFG?

Cheers
Alan

No, you've go to get them from another source, and enter them manually. Or make them up so that the CG is good.

Thanks SWAFO.

Am I right in thinking the Z/Y values are....if you imagine a quadral line graph centred on the COG, each square being 1 foot? Z being the X/Horiz
axis and Y being the vert axis?

Hard to explain. Rough diagram below.

For example, if the above was a C172

(0,0) COG
(-2,2) Pilot in command
(2,2) Co pilot
(1,0) Left rear pax
(-1,0) Right rear pax

etc?

Or have I misunderstood something?

Cheers
Alan
