[Solved]Fatal Error Occuring - philyagoda - 11-04-2015
Hello everyone.I have faced with a fatal error problem last two days.First i gotta say,i am not quite sure if this is because
of FSPassenger,however,before i installed
FSPassenger i havent had any fatal errors.And the interesting point is,it gives no information.Only it says fatal error
occured,fsx restarting..Its annoying you know,today i
was having that barcelona-salzburg flight,after 2 hours it gave me a fatal error and shut down..
I'd be so grateful if you guys could help me!

Hello, If this is FSX Deluxe or FSX Gold edition and you are getting fatal errors then you might need the UIAUTOMATIONCORE.dll installed in your FSX folder. It is
important to make sure you have the correct version for your windows operating system.

Hello sir.Thank you for your answer.However,i dont use FSX Deluxe or Gold Edition.I just installed steam version and i am using AXE with FSPassenger

Steam provides the main fixes that were known to cause fatal crashes however the most common failures with steam were
R6025 runtime errors
terrain. dll errors
HID.DLL errors ( related to USB drivers in some systems using bluetooth and other devices)
There are others depending on some add-on's

Okay,so i just upgraded the new version of FSPassenger and i flied without FSPassenger and i got the same result.It stopped without a reason and restarted.Do you know
any other solutions ?

Philyagoda, do you use FSUIPC as well? If so, did you install the latest version? And, do you have the latest version of FSX-SE?

The Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x000c7c0a
This code in FSX Steam may be a ntdll.dll, error . After you get the above message you sent, are you getting more data like a few seconds later that include the ntdll.dll
code?
The section you sent is not complete, it should be followed with the type of application crash you are having.
It would also be very helpful to get your system specs, graphic card , CPU / Ram and windows operating system ( what version of windows are you running ? )

Well its kind of weird.It suddenly occurs,then it says a fatal error occured,then it says FSX restarting.No description below,i found error log from event viewer and only
this was written.
Lenovo Z510

Please make sure you have the latest FSUIPC and FSX-SE. Maybe that will help you. I think the latest FSUIPC may help with the g3d.dll I saw in your
second post but can't be certain. The Exception code: 0xc0000005 refers to a memory access violation. You could try:
Run System Fle Checker from Elevated Command Prompt
Winkey plus X
Select Command Prompt (Admin)
Type sfc /scannow
Hopefully the fault will be found and corrected

Thanks for your quick response ,
The biggest issue may be related to thermal issues in the hardware. FSX is a very,very processor dependent program and although it will run on your system, it would
require setting corrections. This is a laptop system correct ?
You will need to compromise your graphic settings to Medium Low across the board. ( Do not try and overclock the CPU )
The use of third party aircraft / scenery / clouds is limited with your Processor.
Turn down autogen to min and city settings to normal
In short, you need to help take the load off your CPU. Your Ram is good / Your graphic card is sufficient at medium low settings. The minimum CPU speed for FSX is 2.0ghz with acceleration which steam provides and you are at 2.2ghz so you are just above the min.
You have windows 8.1 so I recommend not to have it installed in program(x86) See my posts in FSX general

Hello everyone i just wrote down for information for other people who are having this problem also.I just checked Mr.Dawson's website,and i installed FSUIPC 4.939 and
my whole problem is gone.I dont know what caused to this fatal error but i checked for some other mesagges in other forums and i found this.I hope this works for other
people who are having this problem.
