[Solved]Invalid Product Key? - justindw199 - 21-02-2014 Hello, I recently purchased FSPassengers from FlightSim Store and I entered my product key in, and it denied it. Is there anything that can be done for this please? I can provide proof of purchase. Post Edited ( 03-17-14 21:26 ) Re: Invalid Product Key? - justindw199 - 21-02-2014 This is what message I get when attempting to unlock FSPassengersX "FsPassengers will check your authorization online. Attempt to Connect to website please wait... Connected, sending query... Sorry, missing data in request, write to sales@fspassengers.com to report this error(s): ERROR 10000!" Re: Invalid Product Key? - justindw199 - 11-03-2014 Thanks for absolutely no assistance. I want my money back. All I did was pay for a demo. NOT the full product. Unless you can help me I want my money back. Re: Invalid Product Key? - Recon - 11-03-2014 I'm sorry to hear this. Did you send a mail to sales@fspassengers.com? Did you try to contact Dan? Re: Invalid Product Key? - justindw199 - 11-03-2014 Yes. I have sent 3 emails in the course of the last month. With no replies. Re: Invalid Product Key? - Joeflyer - 11-03-2014 It is my understanding that Dan's wife is handling all of the sales stuff. He was on the forum not long ago and advised this. Maybe Justin can try to contact Dan via his Orbiter site. Refer to this thread, also: http://www.fspassengers.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=4348 Post Edited ( 03-11-14 21:26 ) Re: Invalid Product Key? - gbapache - 13-03-2014 Quote:justindw199 wrote: Two things. Why did you pay for the demo, it's free. Second, I see that you are new here and don't know this but the fact of the matter is that there is no product support in the normal sense. There is only the users here to help each other and lately that help has dwindled to me, Joe and a couple old farts like us. Re: Invalid Product Key? - Recon - 13-03-2014 Your best change is to go wit Joe's advice. Try to contact him via his orbiter site. It's just like this,....sorry for that... and as what gbapache wrote it's just helping each other out. Re: Invalid Product Key? - Recon - 13-03-2014 Hahahaha well between boozing and stuff very very busy with work. Re: Invalid Product Key? - Joeflyer - 13-03-2014 Haha! I hope boozing doesn't get in the way of work Re: Invalid Product Key? - Recon - 13-03-2014 Haha nope . But the busy days are gone so finally more time for some flying Post Edited ( 03-13-14 17:19 ) Re: Invalid Product Key? - gbapache - 14-03-2014 In my world boozing IS the work. I don't know how I suffer trough it. Re: Invalid Product Key? - Recon - 16-03-2014 gbapache Anyway back on-topic, justindw199 we hope you're able to catch Dan and this can be solved. Keep us posted. My FSP is now working and I have started flying. Thanks! Post Edited ( 03-17-14 21:26 ) |
