Moving FSP to a new computer? - treepost1974 - 08-02-2014

Hello,

I've enjoyed using FSpassengers for a few years now, but my old laptop has just got a little too slow. I recently bought a new desktop that
can run FSX much, much better than my old computer and was hoping to move over my copy of FSpassengers as well. Is it possible to do
this? I still have my old registration email that I got when I first bought FSP, and the receipt, if that helps. It would also be great if I could
move my saved career over, since I had about 1,000 hours on that profile.

Thanks in advance.

Copy your current FsP database to a disc, thumb drive or other hard disk so that you won't lose your company progress, etc. Re-install FsP on your new
pc and enter your serial code. Once registered, reboot pc and then copy your saved database folder into the new FsP folder. You should be able to pick
up where you left off. I recently had to do this for a new hard drive. Did not have any problems at all. Oh, don't forget to make sure you have FsP
updated....from the home page. Do that before you copy your saved database folder over to the new installation.
