Re: no reply!!! error 100000 - Joeflyer - 08-08-2013

This seems to be quite the theme lately. Unfortunately Dan has been missing in action around the forums for a LONG time. He has left it for the
customers to figure out for themselves. I hope you hear from him soon, but don't count on it.

Re: no reply!!! error 100000 - DINO1981 - 09-08-2013

You can do there for nothing!
I paid for it!
This is fraud!

Re: no reply!!! error 100000 - gbapache - 09-08-2013

There is nothing we can do for you. We are users of the program and have no way of forcing Dan to help you. Wether it is fraud or shear
laziness this problem is happening more often lately.

Re: no reply!!! error 100000 - Trance77 - 30-08-2013

I seem to be in the same boat. I had to un-install and re-install fspassengers numerous times because it wasn't loading up properly in FSX. I finally
got it to work again and tried to activate it...Error 10000. I've sent two e-mails to sales within a week...no response. What kind of sales support
is that honestly?

I mean, you have to be able to support the product you sell directly and not solely rely on other people in a forum setting. This product wasn't
cheap man so you'd think they'd be a bit more "supportive". I seriously think they've abandoned this product entirely....but still reaping in the
cash for suckers like us. Buyer BEWARE on this one!

Trance, I had the most delightful time reading all of your posts about the same thing that thousands before you have posted. Smile

Obviously you skipped right over the answers given to the throngs before you about the same exact subject. I suggest that you read all of the posts
upon which you added your two cent complaint about the same gripe as everyone else. Have a nice day.

Funny. I can't understand the probs. people are having. I purchased my copy from the flight sim store installed it and had no probs what so ever. Xpt
the once I caused myself. While I do feel for you; I just can't get my head around it. I truly hope that you can somehow resolve you issues because I
really like fspassengers. Best of luck to you guys.

Re: no reply!!! error 100000 - Trance77 - 02-09-2013

Well, I searched the forums..(Sorry about the ranting there gbapache) and found one solution which I tried....and failed yet again. Flyingleaf, I
bought my copy via flightsimstore as well a year ago. It was working fine until I got some error and then it stopped working. For the life of me
I've been trying to get it back up again. That blasted Error 10000!! Seriously, what the heck does that mean???

Listen, I can understand the reason for having these online activations to combat piracy. That being said, i'm now being punished because of an error
that cannot be explained by anyone. I'd love to get a hold of Dan or whoever he is for an explanation but to no avail. Was he the sole
writer/developer for this program? If the cannot provide direct tech support for his product, then either someone should make the product unavailable
or put a caution that it has been discontinued. You cannot put out a product and expect to have other people (the consumer) fiddle around to come
up with a solution to the problem on their own. i.e. Forums.

I'm getting very frustrated about this especially after spending $50 on a product that no longer works because of an unexplained activation error.

Re: no reply!!! error 100000 - whiskey-zulu - 02-09-2013

As has been said countless times, Dan is the sole developer of FSP and FSPX. His support of the product finished a couple of
years ago, and the
community on the forums became the only "support". Even us moderators do not have access to anything beyond being a
"super-user" of the forums.

ETA: Keep the thread on topic, or it will be closed.

Re: no reply!!! error 100000 - TRBasher - 01-01-2014

I to have this same error, it used to work fine then I reinstalled fsx and now I get this error and have since been ip banned lol. I sent in a ticket
to Simmarket and asked them to remove the software from their store as it is abandoned. Nothing on my system has changed from when it worked to now. I
used to love this software but alas now not so much.

Re: no reply!!! error 100000 - TRBasher - 02-01-2014

I have tried uninstalling it several times now, trying to use 3 different ip address on 3 different networks and I get that same stupid error.

Re: no reply!!! error 100000 - Joeflyer - 03-01-2014

Folks, you will need to send Dan an email or go to his Orbiter website and try to contact him there. No guarantees you will get a response either way.
