Installing FSP on website - greenside - 17-10-2012

Firstly let me apologise if the answer to my question is here somewhere but if it is I cant find it. I an trying to put FSP pireps on my website, I read
the instructions but got nowhere. Is there a step by step guide to this or would someone please do me one? My website is hosted by One.com and
has PHP and SQL. I have really tried to find the answer myself but got nowhere. Thanks.
