You must create a pilot to fly the planes owned by your company, if not then you plane will just sit at the gate turning fuel into noise.

You can only use one pilot at a time, so you
either create another pilot and use him as a
default, then you can always switch pilots if
you have more than one.

Thanks guys, I guessed it was like that (not a problem) wasn't sure if you could poach pilots in the full version to fly other aircraft (almost like
a sim city for fsx!)
