Possible fix for the xml.dll and Unable to load background image. - Zepla - 23-01-2011
(XML.DLL ERROR)
1. Should you have an illegal copy of FSX, Microsoft will detect that.
2. Make sure you get from the beginning of the installation the the end successfully without any errors.
3. Make sure you have Service Pack 1 OR 2
(Unable to load background image.)
1. Getting a new OS system. Or using the installation disk that came with a SEPARATE computer OR laptop.
That's the only solution for me.
