Amend the VA handling - DavidK - 19-08-2010 Hi, I see it's possible to click on the flight number of flights uploaded to the VA here, but suggest it also be made possible to have a webpage for a pilot (if requested) on which each flight made is listed, plus, as with the current system, a link to that flight's report. This could be a neat solution to (part of) the request made here: http://www.fspassengers.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=7874 ( "[Question] External browser for [...] Pilot Records" ). The format could be something like: (Pilot name) (Company name) Flight-------Date--------From-----To-----PAX-----Time-------Result-----Bonus---Penalty [1111]----01/01/10----ABCD--EFGH----51----01:02:30----Perfect------200---------0 [2122]----02/01/10----EFGH--ZYXW---110---02:01:32-----Good--------50--------200 (etc) ...where the hyphens would be spaces and the square brackets around each flight number mean the number is also a link to that flight's report. There could then be running bonus, penalty and overall totals at the bottom of the list. I use instant-record mode, so, as well as automatically adding each flight to the pilot history held on my computer, instant-record could also automatically upload and add it (assuming there is an Internet connection) to the webpage for this pilot. This would also make instant-record histories public. Anyone else -- especially if you use instant-record -- support this idea? David K PS If this has already been considered in the forum somewhere, sorry not to've found the thread. |
