Hello everybody
I bought FSPassengers for FS2004 ---about 00:10 Wednesday 02 June, 2010-- From the flight Sim store.
I am a VISTA user and did installed FSPass. "as an administrator".
I downloaded FSPasseng. from this site which i suppose was the latest version(that means i have the latest version)
And YES i have read all the available solutions.........
please someone tell me what is going on....I get really upset cause i feel like cheated.....

Hello whiskey-zulu,
Before sending my first post i did tried only the following(if i knew more available solutions i would try out them also):
1)Installed "as an administrator"
2)Unistalled and then restart and reinstall again "as an administrator"
3)I have checked for updates throught fspassengers(menu)/about fspassengers/check for updates,it did have not any updates(this
means, i suppose i, got downloaded the latest version).
4)I read some posts referring to this problem but still nothing......

I have FSPassengers not FSpassengers X.I got the FSPassengers for FS2004.
And i did tried to unlock the game just half an hour ago but still nothing,still says wrong authorization.

The .dll file affected both programs, not just FSX.

i have downloaded this --UIAutomationCore.dll-- placed it into my main fs2004 folder and it still says wrong authorization after about five
mins..........

Did you try restarting your computer between editing the directory?

I Did not,but i did as soon as i read your reply.And still says Wrong authorization.....
Whiskey-zulu i appreciate your help.....but none of these work...It's unfair to sell a product that as soon as you take it you encounter such a
problem.....Wrong Authorization.....it's just ironic........
Someone please do something about this,cause it's just
To justify my dissatisfaction and anger,i wanna tell you that i wanted to buy this program a long time ago,finaly got the money and
bought it and the only thing i wasnt expecting to go wrong was to get the "Wrong Authorization" message....
In case you think i got pirate key,give me an email to send you my order number and my name/lastname.

Firstly, yes it is frustrating; secondly none of the solutions worked for you whereas there are plenty of other people who did have them work -
life can be annoying like that especially as every computer has its own quirks.
Thirdly: Last solution that we here can offer you: wait a minimum of 24 hours before trying to re-unlock your purchase - it is possible that somewhere
in the system your IP has been banned (moderators do not have access to this info), but the ban is normally in place for 24 hours, after which your
key should work fine.
Fouthly: PM Dan, the administrator and Developer of the program as he will be the only person who will be able to help you now; you will
need to include all the information regarding your purchase in the mail.

I still cant f@#^ing Belive this...Microsoft sucks...
First of all i must apologize to Whiskey-Zulu for putting him into all this trouble....cause i havent read one available solution to this
forum....(i must have passed it by mistake)
ON THE 6 PAGE OF THE FORUM /[FIX] 95% fix for "Wrong Authorization" /By JetlinerX it says to run also FS2004 "as an
administrator"
Not only did it Made FSPassengers RUN and accept my key it also did fixed a lot more problems to fs2004(REX finally worked,lot of bugs
were fixed)
And i must apologize for a second time cause i just saw that this solution is on the FAQ section.....
Yes now i know....
I must pay more attention...I am really sorry about that,it's just that i am Greek and i am not pretty much good at english...

Glad you managed to find a solution. I haven't used FS9 since FSX first hit store shelves so I'm not usually much help with issues regarding FS9
unless they share common ground with FSX, but all our FS9 geeks have seemingly disappeared for now......
