Problem TAT and SAT Temp using FSpassanger - josman2001 - 26-04-2010

Hi, with my Wilco A320 I have Overspeed or N1 problem because of this "errant TAT" problem.

Jump from -10 to +40 I have N1 problem in my engine.
Jump from +40 to -10 OverSpeed Problem.

I reported this problem to Hifi Support (Active Sky) and they told me try flight without the FSPassenger.

I have several days testing in Brazilian territory (test flight SBFL-SBPA-SBCT-SBBR). Occur jumps of TAT Temp problem, jumps ex -20 to
+40 and +40 to -10 using FSpassenger and Active Sky.

I test only Active Sky without the FSPassenger and now this problem does not occur.

After several flight I noticed that only occurs when I am using the ASE or ASA (Sky Active) and Fspassenger simultaneous.

I use Wilco A319 and A320.

Thank you,

Have you turned on the anti-ice and pitot heat?

Josman,

I've had the same issues before with ASE in particular....drastic temp changes and couldn't take off because of it. HiFi told me to disable
fog layer generation and that seems to have solved the erratic temp changes for some reason. This would also cause drastic altitude
and speed fluctuations as well. I've been flying without the fog layer generation ON and have had uneventful flights for about 2 weeks now
in areas that were greatly affected by this.

So, I'm surprised someone at HiFi actually says that it could be FsP or FsPX...maybe it was just a troubleshooting technique Wink

Thank you joeflyer, I will test with disable fog layer generation in ASE option.

Thank you again

Josman

Josman, I noticed last night that HiFi has an update to ASE that should clear up the fog layer generation problem. I installed the update
but have yet to test it out. I plan to do so tonight. But, if you have already installed the latest update and can test it out before I do, let me
know how it goes.

Edit: I did complete a flight from RJFF to RLPB and had no issues with the fluctuations, but I intend to fly further into Malaysia where the issues did occur quite often.
