FsPAdmin New Script. - rudyz - 28-03-2010 I hope I wont get yelled at or get a warning for this post, but I have made some changes to the scripts included in FsPadmin 1.5 found here http://www.fspassengers.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=825 and I have written some instructions that may be a bit more clear to the end user detailing how to install and get things running. These changes address the following issues: Blank page being displayed when running the setup for the first time Error Access Denied for User ""@'localhost' (using Password:No) Errors adding new users Errors exporting flights to VA I downloaded the regular script and tried to follow the given instructions, but encountered multiple problems one after the other. My changes and setup instructions will resolve these issues. In the spirit of community and helping others (which is what forums are for), I would like to make the updated script and guide freely available to all who want it. Can someone please tell me how to upload or make this available to everyone? If this is not possible then I will post them on my own server and provide a link to anyone who wants it. Until its posted somewhere, if anyone requires the updated files please let me know and I will be happy to email them. I dont want to solicit my site or put a link here and break some forum rule, so please PM me if need be. Thanks. Post Edited ( 04-01-10 22:51 ) Re: FsPAdmin Where to upload? How to make it available for everyone? - whiskey-zulu - 28-03-2010 Your best bet is to upload the files in the more downloads section with an appropriate tag, title and explanation as to what it is there for, and to PM Dan about it. By the way, yelling would be using all caps in a post ![]() Re: FsPAdmin Where to upload? Re: FsPAdmin Where to upload? How to make it available for everyone? - rudyz - 28-03-2010 The files can be downloaded here: http://www.fspassengers.com/?action=download&files=1989_FsPadmin_1.5-FIXED.zip moderator edit. Users of this script please be aware that at the moment this is not an officially supported fix. Hopefully it will be recognised as such in the future. I followed it to the "T" and was up and running within 15 minutes. Much easier than the last time I monkeyed with it. I really appreciate your work and for sharing your work. moderator edit: Users please note that rudyz and FSX pilot are one and the same person; they have matching IP addresses, thus it is advised that users regard the post made by FSX Pilot as dubious. Re: FsPAdmin New Script. - ApacheC424 - 13-07-2010 Thank you very, very much! I came across one issue, which I am not sure if it is related to this script. -Error, unable to export flight number 16 ->SQL Error - Incorrect time value: '80' for column 'CruiseTimeStartSec' at row 1 This only occured with some of my flights logs, 2/14 made it, the others all had that exact error. ****EDIT***** Made a new flight and it was successfully uploaded, assuming that a few had bugs in them. *************** Thanks.
