this tire blowing issue is unacceptable. I paid good money for this software. I expect it to work. If there is a problem it
needs to be
addressed in a timely manner. That's just good business.
Yeah, I know Dan is working on a patch but that's been the corporate line for months now. When is it going to be available?
I don't want to hear about how I should work on my landings. I've made dozens of soft, low speed landings that have resulted
in blown
tires. There is a problem and it needs to be fixed!
Right now the software is unusable. There is nothing more frustrating than spending 3 or 4 hours on a long flight that ends
up ruined
because of this problem.
Please, please can you provide a TIMELY solution for your PAYING CUSTOMERS?

Welcome to the forums,
Only Dan can give you an answer as to when the patch will be ready, but as he is only one man, he may not know himself! Please do not ask about it again - any information about it will be given when he feels he is ready to give it out. Furthermore, if you were a software developer, and a one-man-band one too, how would you feel if you gave a date for the patch release and then couldn't make it due to programming difficulties or personal reasons?
Many old hands here will certainly say that there is a problem that needs to be fixed: the way you're landing.

I cannot completely disagree with jburkart here.
The answer all the time is:
'one man company'.
This has been the answer on the forum for years now.
Even though I'm not waiting for an update myself, I can understand the angry customers.
The problem in the FS world however is, that even though there is a lack of service and everything is too expensive. We will still buy and
use it. Everybody keeps accepting it.
That's the problem..
