As I loaded my Regencyclub Boeing 747-300, right before I was about to board the passengers, I realized it said above weight
187% and there were no passengers, and no cargo! If I wanted to fly this, I'd have to have lowered the fuel to 20% just for 67
passengers.... ON A 747-300!

What is the weight in the aircraft.cfg. You've got to remember that a lot of these aftermarket aircraft.cfg files have weird weight values.

Yeah I got a couple of payware planes that go overweight if you load 'em up.

Correction
Correcting an aircraft is Really simple open the aicraft.cfg and watch for the line:
[WEIGHT_AND_BALANCE]
max_gross_weight = 150000 // (pounds)
empty_weight = 74170 // (pounds)
