PFYU 727/100 landing on gravel surface runway,Fspax error estimation ? help - lkn - 21-06-2009
Hello,
I was landing with the 727/100 to PFYU airport on runway 03,surface gravel and FSPAX has recognized an error,said you rolled 100 kt
after the end of the runway (i don't remeber exactly the message) i thing fspax doesn't recognize the gravel surface as a runway but as a
taxiway ! Maybe
Just for information you can land with 727 on a gravel runway,it is absolutly not forbidden,it's not usual but take a take a look in Angola
with the tankers 727 !

If I'm correct FSP does not recognize this types of runaways, I think I read it on the FAQ or on the help documentation, but it letsyou land
small aircraft on these runaways, because it has a minimum weight for giving "roll out of runaway" penalties.
Go to more_option.cfg and edit the line with "DisableRollOutsideLandingStrip" as instructed to disable this penalty.
