FSPX Issue - MD4D - 01-05-2009
I downloaded the demo of FSP for FSX , I have SP-2. So after downloading it the installation went fine.When I open the FSX theres no
welcome screen or tab for FSP. So I was wondering what do I do?

You may have to uninstall and then reinstall again. I assume you are using Vista? I had no issues at all in my first and only installation of
FsPX on XP 32-bit.

I have tried that numerous times. I have vista 32-bit but it doesn't work. Where is the tab located in the menu?

You have to start a new flight. The FSPassengers menu is located on top when you press the Alt-key.

I have tried everything but it just doesn't seem to work. This is extremely frustrating seeing that I had FSP2004 and it worked very well.

So, when you press the ALT key, the FSX menu bar does not show up at the top of your screen??

Yeah nothing shows up at all just the normal bar.

The menu bar at the top with File, Aircraft, etc etc on it
and near the end there is "FSPassengers X"

Its not there at the end of the menu list. I really can't understand what the issue is.

Got me stumped....especially if you unistalled and reinstalled FsPX. Maybe something in Vista is blocking the program from installing.

I remember a post Dan posted something about the xml file (the file that edits the fsp menu) was not being written correctly.
A search of the forum should find this post and maybe a solution.

Did you INSTALL fspx as an ADMIN?

Yeah I Did, I ran it as a admin, thanks im going to check out the xml file issue.
