I'm afraid your question meaning is not clear enough. What kind of help would you need once FSPassengers is installed ??
Well, in many menus already you can ask for help so a window will appear explaining the content of the respective window that you
asked help for and a user manual should ship with the product as well.
It will be an automatic installer so FSPassengers will be ready to use, fire FS9, load a flight and you're ready to go to setup and start FS
Passengers. Only if you want to customize it (see the previous press release for details) , you'll have to handle files but that's not required
at anytime. And I always found FS Passengers user-friendly as even without any help available at the beginning I was able to find my way
easily.

There is no time limit, all is fully functionnal, the only limitation for the demo is that
you have to start your FsP flight from san-francisco area...
