A340-300 flap speed limit - 969SQN - 27-03-2009
Hello guys
Just wondering does anyone know the flap speed limit on an A340-300.
Every flight i have a penalty like over 200 points. im only C3 on my pilot and the last pilot past away
Anyway, or deos anyone know were you can find the folder which contains these speeds. Ive checked in the aircraft cfg but cant seem to
find them.
i dont want to disable the flap speed limit as I would find this as cheating. It wouldnt be any fun without the speed limt hehe

Well, it depends on who made the add-on aircraft but as a general guideline:
1 - 230
2 - 225
3 - 215
4 - 200
5 - 185
FULL - 175
Vref 144-160

Ok Traker i did give those speeds a shot and they kind of worked (120points 12knots) this might have just been just going a little fast.8o
Does anyone know were you can find these flap speed lmit in the aircarft folder or somewere else.
Dont mind me i do get a little carried away sometimes(Forum moderator)

JAFO, 969SQN, Mod wanna-be, or whomever you are today, how about telling us which A340-300 addon you have. Is it CLS's? I have the
CLS A330 and 340. I never have made an approach at less than 160 knots with full flaps and a fully loaded airplane....that also is
factoring in wind speed and direction while on approach. The FMC will give a real good clue on Vref for each flap setting

Ok the A340 what im using is a posky addon, doesnt tell me about the what limits are on the aircraft thou.

) I might get the wilco Airbus collection looks realy good.Always wanted the A330 love the aircraft but never can find one with VC in there bit of a shame realy

POSKY do/did have a VC for their A330. Perhaps they've removed it from their site?

Your right ,well the last time i did look i did see the A330 VC but its very complicated to put all together.
I got the A340 posky from fs,freeware.
