FSX locks up while FSP is running - Brian F. - 27-12-2008
So I decided to try the Demo tonight, installation went fine. I took off from KOAK which is an approved demo airport, and soon as I start banking,
FSX locks up my PC.
Running XP.
I can fly fine without FSP running.
Other add ons i have is SB4, FSInn/FSCoPilot, FSUIPC

strange one ...
try to uninstall, then re-install fspx
maybe a problem with FSCopilot - Could be nice for dan if you could post the log file you can find it in fspassenger folder in fSX

I am having similar trouble, I fly for a bit and then the screen just locks up. I have to go to task manager and close it down as FSX is no
longer responding. The trouble started when I started running FSPax and I don't know what is causing it. I have 4 gb of Ram and a fairly
new Nvidia graphics card and a dual core processor. I run aerosoft's products and orbx. The problems happen regardless of whether I
am flying in Australia or Tahiti.
I have not updated FSX however, (I am doing so now) so I will give that a try. Putting in SP1 and SP2. I also thought it may be related to the
OOM problem? So I will try that avenue also.
If anyone has any possible solutions I would really appreciate it. FSPax is a fantastic program. Dan, you have done a wonderful job. Flight
sim is just another game without it!
