can anybody please tell me why when i start any new flight, my passenger satisfaction is at always 98%, but when i feed them, its 100%
then when there done its back down to 98%

Whenver you have some sort of turbulence or any other minor annoyance, your satisfaction will not return completely to 100% for the rest
of the flight without some other input such as music, food, or a sweet landing. Play music for them during taxi and they will love you
100% again. Keep playing it while you unload the plane and your satisfaction will remain at 100%.
