Maddog 2006 - Bobp - 31-07-2007

Hi,

Are there any other Maddog 2006 MD82 users whose windscreen ices up as soon as you start flight from the FSP menu? This occurs
sitting in KSAN with 15C temps. I am using the July 07 Payload model in the download stuff specifically for the Maddog 2006 MD82.

Thank you.

Bob...

I also have this problem. My maddog iced up at +25 deg celsius. At the maddog forum I was told that this is because of FSPassenger.
Is it possible to fix this in a patch?

Re: Maddog 2006 - pegase - 27-08-2008

Don't worry, It is a normal buggy interaction between FS and the Maddog2006.

To solve this:
- Go to the intercom panel (Shift6)
- Switch on the ground intercom by clicking on these two buttons

You can now call the ground crew and ask for ground de-ice

Enjoy your flights with this GREAT add on

This 'solution' feels like a sour thumb. Calling the ground crew on a hot summerday to ask for de ice something that couldn't exist is as
unreal as it get. Is it not possible to correct the buggy interaction?

Re: Maddog 2006 - pegase - 17-09-2008

There is certainly a clean solution, but I am neither a Maddog2006 od FsP developper. So I can just provide you this walfk around.

But if you dont like this one, you can as well fly only when the temperature is below.... ok ok, I get out ... I'm stupid
