I would like to delete a flight that is already recorded in my FSPassengers database. Is there any way to do it?

Unfortuntely there is no way to do that, other than by sending your database to Dan, that is.

Click contact at bottom of screen.
However he is busy on a project right now, and when that project is finished, he will be busy on the fsp update, so i doubt you will get it removed.
