Normal Oil Temp - partyboy911 - 28-12-2006 What should a normal Oil Temperature of a Boeing 737-600 be. I am trying to figure out if I should call a mayday or not. I wanted to get promoted so I put the failure at 100% (this is why I was so worried). I landed now, and no failures? Hmm Re: Normal Oil Temp - Drew - 28-12-2006 Go flying in Baghdad if you want points ![]() (Disclaimer, this idea may cost you alot of money) Re: Normal Oil Temp - partyboy911 - 28-12-2006 ![]() With my luck, I will dodge the cannon fire and have no failure.. Or will it give me points just for flying in the area? Re: Normal Oil Temp - Drew - 28-12-2006 You will get 'some' but not loads. Its quite likely you will get hit though ![]() Re: Normal Oil Temp - =HPSF=Jarhead - 28-12-2006 Quote:partyboy911 wrote: CFM56-7 Max Oil Temp 155°C Max Continuous 140°C Min oil press 13psi (warning light), 26psi (gauge) I wouldn't worry about issuing a mayday however, just keep an eye on it. As long as the temp doesn't redline or the pressure doesn't drop you should be OK. Post Edited ( 12-28-06 23:31 ) Re: Normal Oil Temp - partyboy911 - 29-12-2006 Alright, thanks everyone. I was promoted to C8 now ![]() I don't know why I am still playing FS9. Wait, I do. FSX just isnt great without FSP :D At least I will be a high rank by the time I get into FSX |
