number input - nmcguire - 28-12-2006

I am having a problem with the number input.

I can type "c12200" (without the quotes) and get com1 set to 122.00, same with com2, adf and transponder.

Howerver the nav, heading, altitude, speed and decision height do nothing. The copilot announces the action "nav1 108.90 set and check, but nothing
happens to the settings on the radio. Same with the other actions.

I am using FS9 with the Level-D B767-300.

Any help is appreciated.

Re: number input - FsP Dennis - 28-12-2006

No one can use the heading, altitude, speed etc etc.. in LDS or PMDG so you just got to set it manually but radios and altimeter works
don't know exactly why.

Re: number input - xhado13 - 28-12-2006

I believe its because FSP isnt really compatible with the PMDG 737 series, and the LDS 767, all the radios should work fine in fact, on
both of these aircraft series. As for headings, altitude, and speed, I forgot what the exact reason was but search around the forum, I remember there
being a post about it.

Re: number input - Drew - 28-12-2006

Reason: pmdg lds ect don't use the default fs9 inputs for these items

soo there is nothing ( update, fix) we can do about it ?

Re: number input - FsP Dennis - 01-02-2007

Nope it's just as it is Wink nothing can be made... well only if PMDG and LDS make it to the default system as Drew said.
