HI,
I was wondering if i download fs passengers with this pc (with internet) and transfered it over to my other pc with a pen drive (no internet) could i
unlock it on my pc with no internet?

yes, you can install and use on a non internet pc

but how would it know what the username is i registered on the internet? or is it the same one for everyone who buys fspassengers?

once you purchase, you will get a username and password.
You would then install FsP on your non internet pc, and unlock with the username and password

ah ok. I just confused with the username part because i though you get your own username, so everyone must get the same then?

because if you download the file and install it on a non internet pc. how will it know what has been registered?

the code is generated with a program which is also in FSP. Example, For the name Simpson the program generates 111111, and fsp recognizes Simpson with
the code 111111. A name is always related to a code in some way. THink thats the way how it works...
