a humble request .. - 1rescue - 26-04-2006 Hello, I dont know if this is possible, but anyway I got this little idea. Is it possible to program a little alarm, so if the aircraft gets a failure, bird strike or something like that, the alarm would go off? I sit by the computer and do a lot of work, browsing the net, reading articles etc and fly at the same time, so something like that would be nice .. (and hehe the ones with long flights and who are sleeping when the plane is on autopilot can sleep without those bizarr addicted dreams ![]() Re: a humble request .. - Valoran - 26-04-2006 Perhaps not a buzzer since that might not be completely realistic especially with the smaller planes. How about the co-pilot says something with a hint of panic in his voice instead. Actually, I think most larger aircraft probably have a buzzer that goes off anyway when there's a simulated issue in an engine or the plane is stalling. There's also usually a buzzer or bell that warns of proximity to the ground. I don't think we need to bug Dan about adding more bells and whistles (pun intended) to this already excellent product.
