can't use co-pilot commands for heavy aircrafts... - FsP Dennis - 14-03-2006

Hi everyone !
why can't i use the <A>(altitude)<S>(speed)<H>(heading) command at heavy aircrafts ?? my co-pilot says if i press <A> "Altitude" and
then i maybe press 350 (FL350) but there is nothing happend when he says "set and check".
Why ?? Hope one can help me Wink

default heavies??

its known that they dont work with pmdg etc as there planes use a different system, thou the nav and comm buttons still work

No it is PMDG and Level-D etc..

No, you can't.
If aircraft uses it's own gauges to do an AP job, and do not use AP implemented in FS, then there's no way to for FsP to set their settings
simply because there's no appropriate interface for this.
On the other hand, you can't make PMDG use default AP, because all it's gauges are highly integrated and will not work correctly if
separated.

It's kinda like how you can't make the LDS 767 fmc work on the POSKY 757.
