PMDG problem with FsP - aristoteles - 22-02-2006

Sorry if this has been asked before:
Regarding the V speeds for the PMDG 737: When loading passengers and cargo, Fsp gives me the ZFW but , when I enter the data on the FMC, it doesn´t
give me the V1, Vr and V2
since they are not the same as the ones given to me by the loadeditor from PMDG , how do you guys do it?
Thanks in advance.

On the PMDG 737, you don't have to manually input Performance data. Just click on the LSK button for "GW/CRZ CG" and "ZFW" Then you input a number in
"Reserves" I usually out in 1. Then input a number for "Cost index" I usually input 100 which gives me a nice cruise speed. Then input altitude in
"TRIP/CRZ ALT". When filled right it should show "N1 LIMIT>" in 6R LSK which you press to get to next page.

On the "N1 LIMIT" page, you choose the takeoff and climb performance. I usually just use the top one for both "<TO" and "CLB" for max performance
(this also uses the most fuel. After you have chosen what you want, select "TAKEOFF>" in 6R LSK.

On the "TAKEOFF REF" page, you need to choose a flap setting. I use "5" for flaps, which is I think a normal setting. Then you need to press "1R LSK",
"2R LSK" and "3R LSK" to get the V1, Vr and V2 speeds. When done it should say "PRE-FLT COMPLETE" across the center of the screen. If it doesn't show,
then you have forgotten something. Make sure that you have a valid route and a runway selected for takeoff.

I usually start loading pax on to the aircraft right before setting the FMC.

You are welcome. If there is anything else just ask.

Btw, most of this is in the manual.
