dont think it's the one... But not sure though, I set it manually according to passenger, plane and situation

nope, if you select random, it will randomly chose one of the loading times you can select

im not sure if this is what you're asking but i don't if fsp works having more passengers board your at 12 noon as opposed to 12 midnight.
