purchased FSP last night 23/12/05 but have recieved no code via e/m,
I have sent a e/m this morning too the contact link and still no replys?
Is it the hols thats the hold up?I know my e/m server is ok as just reg'ed on here.

1stly are you sure you put in your correct email address when buying

2ndly did you buy from here or simmarket? if simmarket, the code is in your simmarket account

other than that i'll leave it to Dan

Drew I bought FSP from this site. E/M address checked twice as ask when buying. but !!! with my eyesight could of missed a letter.

no worries, not nagging

best off clicking on the 'contact us' at the bottom of the page, and email Dan that way, as he may well be busy with family things, and not
have time for forum, but may breifly check over his emails. name the subject something that he will notice eg 'Code not received'

Hello,

don't know what happenned in your case, the mail was sent
and I didn't get any mail returned in error.
Notice the mail with code contain sensitive keyword as "purchase"
that may trigger anti spam filter.

I've sent two other mail just to test if you receive it.
(one from my private adress and the another one
from my fsp adress)

Let me know if you receive one so I can send you the code.

while checking I found what happened originally: you indicated in your purchase
only 149@nnnnnnnnnnn.uk instead of how149@nnnnnnnnnnn.uk
