Just wondered if it was possible to adjust times between the welcome on board announcemet and the safety announcement, creating
longer interval before the safety announcement starts?

I think they're pre-set. Unfortunately currently there isn't a way to modify this.

there is no way... one cheat would be to put a long blank after the welcome announce to delay the safety...
(sound are never played in same time)

That would work, but it's more of a compromise than a solution. Why not just leave it how it is? You can always press the "space bar" to
silence the announcement, then just pretend that the safety announcement is going on. Keep in mind that 99% of the time, us pilots
won't even monitor the cabin channel (that means we don't hear ANY announcements). Needless to say, my space bar gets quite a work
out

Thanks Dan, that might be a workaround for the time being, i'll give that one a try.
